The EPA has prepared Community Involvement Plans (CIP) for the lower 8.3-mile (operable unit 3) clean up and the upper 9-mile interim
action (operable unit 4) of Lower Passaic River Restoration Project. These documents provide blueprints for public involvement during
these two actions on the river.

Passaic River Symposium
The Passaic River Symposium has been held at Montclair State University every two years since 2004. It is a forum for educators, environmentalists,
scientists, legislators, industry and government representatives to discuss projects and issues related to the Passaic River. Link to current
